About me
I'm a Colombian born and raised in Cauca, one of the most affected regions by the armed conflict in the country. I have over 5 years of experience at the intersection of gender equity, peacebuilding, and public policy. Outside of work, I am also a Hogwarts fan, salsa dancer💃🏾 and LGBTIQ+ advocate 🏳️🌈

Racial Equity Policy & Research Analyst

I analyzed statewide legislation for potential racial disparities and produced applied research on equity issues to inform legislative decisions. I delivered expert testimony before three committees of the Vermont State Legislature:
